Ajna Power Yoga offers heated, athletic-style yoga classes designed to increase strength, balance, and flexibility.
This is not your typical yoga class! Each class is built around strengthening poses, bursts of high-energy cardio, deep stretches and active recovery periods to help increase strength and mobility, all while encouraging mind-body connection.

YOGA Classes are listed in ALL CAPS.
PELOTON classes run throughout the day and will stop 15 minutes prior to any scheduled yoga class.
Class Cancellation Policy: Class will be cancelled if there are no reservations 30 minutes prior.
